Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 19, 2026

Nano Grid Splitter is a browser-local image grid splitter. This policy explains what stays on your device, what you may choose to send, and how optional providers are handled.

The service and local processing

Nano Grid Splitter's core image grid splitter runs in your browser. The source image, file name, previews, split lines, and exported files stay on your device while you use the tool. The core workflow does not upload those items to our server.

Information you choose to send

If you contact support, we receive the contact details and message that you choose to include so we can respond and keep a limited support history. Do not send image files or other sensitive material by email unless it is necessary for your request.

Optional analytics and providers

The V1 tool does not require an account, payment, cloud storage, or analytics. If an optional analytics or account provider is enabled for a later release, that provider may process the information described in its own notice. Product events are designed to use coarse states and do not include image pixels, file names, thumbnails, object URLs, or exact split coordinates.

Retention and security

Browser data remains subject to your device, browser, and tab storage behavior. We keep support correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain service records, or address a security issue. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so protect your device and avoid placing sensitive content in a public or shared browser session.

Your choices and questions

You can stop using the tool, clear browser data, or ask what information is associated with a support request by contacting support@nanogridsplitter.com. We may update this policy when the service or its optional providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
